1. Acceptance
By using LinkInk you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
2. The service
LinkInk is a platform connecting tattoo customers with tattoo artists. We do not provide tattoo services ourselves.
3. Accounts
You must be 18+ to register. You are responsible for your account security.
4. Artists
Artist profiles must be accurate. Fake profiles will be removed. LinkInk may verify profiles at its discretion.
5. Content
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading you grant LinkInk a licence to display it on the platform. You must not upload illegal, offensive or infringing content.
6. Payments
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Refund policy: contact support within 14 days of charge.
7. Ads
Free users see ads. You can remove ads by purchasing an ad-free subscription.
8. Limitation of liability
LinkInk is provided as-is. We are not liable for interactions between customers and artists.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Czech law.
