Community Guidelines

1. Introduction
LinkInk exists to help tattoo artists and tattoo enthusiasts discover , share, and celebrate tattoo art in a safe and respectful environment.
These Community Guidelines explain what is and is not allowed on the platform.
By using LinkInk, you agree to follow these Guidelines in addition to our Terms of Service.
Failure to follow these Guidelines may result in content removal, account restrictions, or permanent suspension.
2. Respect Other Users
Treat all users with respect.
You may not:
- Harass or bully others
- Threaten individuals or groups
- Encourage violence
- Intimidate users
- Engage in targeted abuse
- Coordinate harassment campaigns
- Constructive criticism is allowed.
- Personal attacks are not.
3. Authentic Artist Profiles
Artists must accurately represent themselves.
You may not:
- Pretend to be another artist
- Create fake studio profiles
- Use another person's identity
- Misrepresent qualifications or experience
- Users should only create profiles that genuinely belong to them or their business.
4. Portfolio Ownership
You may only upload content that:
- You created
- You own
- You have permission to publish
You may not upload:
- Stolen tattoo portfolios
- Screenshots of another artist's work presented as your own
- Copyrighted content without authorization
- Watermark-removed images
- Repeated violations may result in permanent account suspension.
5. AI-Generated Tattoo Designs
AI-generated content is permitted when allowed by applicable law.
However:
- AI-generated work should be clearly disclosed
- AI content must not be falsely presented as tattoo work performed by the artist
- AI-generated portfolios may not be used to mislead clients
- LinkInk may remove deceptive AI-related content.
6. Prohibited Content
The following content is prohibited:
Illegal Content
Including:
- Criminal activity
- Fraud
- Counterfeit services
- Illegal sales
- Hate Speech
Content targeting individuals or groups based on:
- Race
- Ethnicity
- Nationality
- Religion
- Disability
- Gender
- Sexual orientation
- Violent Content
Content that:
- Promotes violence
- Encourages harm
- Glorifies criminal acts
- Sexual Exploitation
Any content involving:
- Minors
- Exploitation
- Non-consensual material
- Results in immediate account termination and may be reported to authorities.
7. Tattoo Content Standards
Tattoo-related content is generally permitted.
However , LinkInk may remove content that:
- Promotes hatred
- Promotes violence
- Encourages self-harm
- Violates laws
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Artistic expression is encouraged while maintaining community safety.
8. Spam and Manipulation
Users may not:
- Send unsolicited promotional messages
- Mass-message users
- Manipulate rankings
- Artificially inflate engagement
- Buy or sell reviews
- Create multiple accounts to boost visibility
- Spam accounts may be removed without notice.
9. Reviews and Recommendations
Reviews must:
- Reflect genuine experiences
- Be honest
- Be relevant
Users may not:
- Post fake reviews
- Extort artists through reviews
- Coordinate review attacks
- LinkInk may remove suspicious reviews.
10. Booking and Transactions
Where artist bookings or commercial interactions occur:
- Users are responsible for their own decisions
- Artists are responsible for their services
- LinkInk does not guarantee service quality
- Users should exercise appropriate caution before entering agreements.
11. Reporting Content
You may report:
- Copyright infringement
- Fake profiles
- Harassment
- Spam
- Fraud
- Guideline violations
Reports should be submitted through platform tools or:
- linkinkapp@gmail.com
- Each report will be reviewed individually.
12. Copyright Complaints
If you believe your work has been used without authorization, contact:
Please provide:
- Your contact information
- Identification of the original work
- Identification of the allegedly infringing content
- Evidence of ownership where available
- LinkInk may temporarily remove content during investigation.
13. Enforcement
Depending on severity, LinkInk may:
- Remove content
- Issue warnings
- Restrict visibility
- Suspend accounts
- Permanently ban users
- Serious violations may result in immediate removal without prior warning.
14. Repeat Violators
Users who repeatedly violate:
- Copyright rules
- Community Guidelines
- Terms of Service
- may permanently lose access to LinkInk.
15. Appeals
Users may request a review of moderation decisions.
Submitting an appeal does not guarantee restoration of content or account access.
All decisions made after appeal review are final.
16. Updates to These Guidelines
We may update these Community Guidelines periodically.
Updated versions become effective upon publication.
Continued use of LinkInk constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
