Welcome to LinkInk.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LinkInk website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. About LinkInk

LinkInk is a platform that enables users to:

• Discover tattoo artists
• Browse tattoo portfolios
• Create profiles
• Share tattoo-related content
• Connect with artists
• Engage with the tattoo community
• LinkInk acts solely as an intermediary platform and does not provide tattoo services directly.

3. Eligibility

To use LinkInk:

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into agreements.
• You must comply with all applicable laws.
• By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

• To access certain features, users may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your information up to date
• Protect your login credentials
• Notify us of unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

5. User Profiles

Users may create public profiles.

Public profile information may include:

• Username
• Biography
• Portfolio content
• Tattoo styles
• Social media links
• Studio information
• Users are responsible for information published on their profiles.

6. User Content

"User Content" includes any content submitted to LinkInk, including:

• Images
• Portfolio entries
• Comments
• Reviews
• Messages
• Profile information
• Other uploaded materials
• Users retain ownership of their User Content.

7. License Granted to LinkInk

By submitting User Content, you grant LinkInk a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store content
• Display content
• Distribute content
• Reproduce content
• Process content
• Create thumbnails and previews
• solely for operating, maintaining, and improving the Service.
• This license ends when the content is removed from the Service, except where retention is required by
• law.

8. Portfolio Ownership

Users may upload only content that:

• They created themselves, or
• They have legal permission to use

Users must not upload:

• Stolen portfolios
• Copyright-infringing images
• Content belonging to another artist without permission
• LinkInk reserves the right to remove any content suspected of violating intellectual property rights.

9. AI-Generated Content

Where applicable, users should clearly disclose AI-generated designs.

Users may not intentionally misrepresent AI-generated work as original tattoo work created by themselves.

LinkInk may remove misleading content.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Upload illegal content
• Upload harmful software
• Harass other users
• Threaten individuals
• Promote hate speech
• Create fake accounts
• Impersonate others
• Conduct phishing activities
• Distribute spam
• Manipulate reviews
• Circumvent security measures
• Scrape or harvest platform data without authorization

11. Community Standards

Users must interact respectfully.

The following are prohibited:

• Harassment
• Hate speech
• Discrimination
• Graphic illegal content
• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of reporting systems
• Additional requirements may be published in Community Guidelines.

12. Reviews and Ratings

Users may submit reviews where permitted.

Reviews must:

• Reflect genuine experiences
• Be truthful
• Not be misleading
• LinkInk may remove reviews that violate these Terms.

13. Copyright Infringement

If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact:

The notice should include:

• Identification of cop
• yrighted work
• Identification of allegedly infringing content
• Contact information
• Statement of good-faith belief
• Statement of accuracy
• LinkInk may remove content pending investigation.

14. Reporting Content

Users may report content for:

• Copyright violations
• Impersonation
• Harassment
• Fraud
• Spam
• Community Guideline violations
• LinkInk reserves the right to investigate all reports.

15. Payments

Certain features may require payment.

Payments are processed by Stripe.

LinkInk does not store complete payment card information.

Users are responsible for applicable taxes and fees.

16. Marketplace Disclaimer

LinkInk serves only as a platform connecting users and artists.

LinkInk is not responsible for:

• Tattoo quality
• Artist conduct
• Pricing disputes
• Appointment outcomes
• Health or safety matters
• Agreements between users and artists
• Users engage with artists at their own risk.

17. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party providers, including:

• Stripe
• Cloudflare
• Vercel
• Oracle Cloud
• Resend
• These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
• LinkInk is not responsible for third-party services.

18. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

19. Account Suspension and Termination

LinkInk may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Violate laws
• Harm other users
• Create security risks
• Users may request account deletion at any time.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided:

• "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkInk disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkInk shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Lost profits
• Lost data
• Business interruption
• User conduct
• Third-party actions
• Where liability cannot be excluded by law, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted.

22. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless LinkInk from claims arising from:

• User Content
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of third-party rights
• Illegal activities

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

24. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised

Terms.
