This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
By purchasing a paid subscription or service, you agree to this Policy.
2. Paid Services
LinkInk may offer paid products and services including:
- Premium Artist Accounts
- Studio Accounts
- Featured Listings
- Promotional Services
- Subscription Plans
- Other premium features
- Available plans, pricing, and features may change from time to time.
3. Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
LinkInk does not store complete payment card information.
By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's applicable terms and policies.
4. Subscription Billing
Subscriptions may be offered on:
- Monthly basis
- Annual basis
- Other billing periods as specified
- When purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing for the selected plan.
5. Automatic Renewal
Unless cancelled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
Renewals will be charged using the payment method associated with your account.
Users are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
6. Cancelling a Subscription
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through their account settings.
Cancellation will:
- Prevent future renewals
- Not affect the current paid period
- Access to premium features remains active until the end of the already-paid billing cycle.
7. Refund Policy
General Rule
Payments are generally non-refundable.
This includes:
- Subscription fees

- Featured placements
- Premium account upgrades
- Exceptions
Refunds may be granted in limited circumstances including:
- Duplicate Charges
- Where a user was charged multiple times due to technical issues.
- Billing Errors
- Where LinkInk incorrectly charged a user .
- Service Unavailability
- Where paid services were unavailable for a substantial period due to issues solely attributable to
- LinkInk.
- Each request will be reviewed individually.
8. EU Consumer Rights
Where applicable under European consumer protection laws, users may have statutory rights that cannot be limited by this Policy.
Nothing in this Policy affects mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
9. Chargebacks
Users should contact LinkInk before initiating a chargeback.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
- Account suspension
- Loss of premium access
- Restrictions on future purchases
10. Price Changes
LinkInk may modify pricing at any time.
Existing subscribers will be notified of material pricing changes before renewal where required by law.
Continued use after renewal constitutes acceptance of updated pricing.
11. Promotional Offers
Promotional pricing may:
- Expire
- Be limited in duration
- Be limited to specific users
- After the promotional period ends, standard pricing may apply.
12. Taxes
Prices may be displayed:
- Including applicable taxes
- Excluding applicable taxes
- depending on user location and legal requirements.
- Users are responsible for taxes where required by applicable law.
13. Account Termination
If an account is terminated due to violations of:
- Terms of Service
- Community Guidelines
- Applicable laws
- LinkInk may immediately terminate premium access.
- Refunds are generally not provided for terminated accounts.
14. Future Features
As LinkInk evolves, additional paid services may be introduced.
Such services may be governed by supplemental terms or specific purchase agreements.

- Updated versions become effective upon publication.
- Continued use of paid services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
