This Copyright & Takedown Policy explains how copyright owners may report content that allegedly infringes their intellectual property rights and how LinkInk responds to such reports.
2. Respect for Intellectual Property
Users may only upload content that:
- They own;
- They created themselves; or
- They have permission to use.
This includes:
- Tattoo photographs
- Tattoo designs
- Drawings
- Flash sheets
- Artwork
- Logos
- Portfolio images
- Videos
- Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to publish content on LinkInk.
3. Copyright Infringement
Copyright infringement may include:
- Uploading another artist's tattoo portfolio
- Reposting artwork without permission
- Uploading copyrighted photographs without authorization
- Removing watermarks from content
- Claiming ownership of another person's work
- Using copyrighted designs for commercial promotion without authorization
4. Filing a Copyright Complaint
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, please submit a Copyright

A. Identification of the Copyrighted Work
A description of the original work that you claim has been infringed.
Examples:
- Tattoo portfolio
- Flash sheet
- Photograph
- Illustration
- Logo
B. Identification of the Infringing Content
Please provide:
- Direct URL(s)
- Username(s)
- Profile links
- Screenshots where available
C. Contact Information
Include:
- Full name
- Email address
- Business or studio name (if applicable)
D. Good Faith Statement
A statement confirming that:
- "I have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner ,
- its agent, or the law."
E. Accuracy Statement
A statement confirming:
- "The information contained in this notice is accurate, and I am the copyright owner or
- authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner ."
5. Review Process
After receiving a complaint, LinkInk may:
- Review the reported content
- Request additional information
- Temporarily restrict access to content
- Remove content
- Contact the affected user
- Suspend accounts involved in repeated infringement
- We reserve the right to determine whether reported content violates our policies.
6. Counter-Notification
If content is removed and the affected user believes removal was incorrect, they may submit a counter- notification.
The counter-notification should include:
- Identification of removed content
- Explanation of why removal was incorrect
- Supporting evidence
- Contact information
- LinkInk may review the counter-notification and take appropriate action.
- Submission of a counter-notification does not guarantee restoration of content.
7. Repeat Infringers
Users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights may face:
- Content removal
- Account restrictions
- Permanent suspension
- Termination of platform access
- LinkInk reserves the right to define what constitutes repeated infringement.
8. Artist Portfolio Protection
Because LinkInk serves tattoo artists and studios, portfolio integrity is especially important.
Users may not:
- Copy another artist's portfolio
- Upload another artist's work as their own
- Use another artist's branding
- Create fake artist profiles
- Misrepresent authorship of tattoo work
- Violations may result in immediate removal and account suspension.
9. Trademark Complaints
Trademark owners may also submit complaints regarding:
- Unauthorized use of trademarks
- Impersonation
- Brand misuse
- Fake studio profiles

Submitting knowingly false reports may result in:
- Rejection of future complaints
- Account restrictions
- Suspension
- Legal consequences where applicable
- All parties are expected to act in good faith.
11. Limitation of Responsibility
- LinkInk is a platform provider and does not actively verify ownership of all uploaded content.
- While we respond to valid reports, users remain responsible for ensuring that they possess appropriate
- rights to content they publish.
12. Policy Updates
This Policy may be updated periodically.
Updated versions become effective upon publication.
Continued use of LinkInk constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
